About this event
This is a nice late season hike with great views if we catch a crisp bluebird day. Its about 9 miles and 1700 ft elevation gain. It follows the PCT to Indian Racetrack before climbing up Red Mountain and back to the trailhead along a closed, gravel road. Oregon Hikers has a good description. The drive is about 1.5 hrs from the MMC. This will be an exploratory hike as Ive previously taken a different out and back route to Red Mountain.
