About this event
This class is designed for folks who are at least 4 weeks postpartum and uses yoga and rehabilitative exercises to regain core strength, relieve pelvic floor imbalances, ease neck and back tension. Class starts with a check-in that fosters community and helps the teacher tailor the session to the attendees.
