Intro to Ballet will be held Tuesdays at 4:45-5:45 p.m. from September 8, 2026 in six-week sessions for dancers ages 12-18. This introductory class is designed for young men new to ballet in a fun and supportive environment. Ballet is powerful cross-training for athletes in all sports. It develops core strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, posture, and endurance while improving body awareness, precision, and mental focus.
