Black Hole Falls is a seldom-visited 50-foot waterfall tucked in a canyon on North Siouxon Creek. The out-and-back trail covers about 10 miles with 2000 feet of elevation gain. The first couple miles are quite overgrown, in some places with thorny bushes. Depending on the recent rainfall, there may be short stream crossings with the potential for getting wet feet.
